Refund policy

At Pasolite Electrical private limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or use not in accordance with the product manual.
Customized or special-order products.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Replacement Policy
Eligible returns will be replaced with a new product of the same model.
If the product is out of stock, customers may choose a replacement with another product of equal value or request a refund.

4. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of prepaid orders, the refund (excluding shipping charges) will be initiated after quality check.

5. Warranty Policy (2 Years)
All Pasolite Electrical products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover:
Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or improper installation.
Wear and tear caused by regular use.
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
Warranty claims must be supported with the original invoice.
Pasolite Electrical reserves the right to repair or replace the product under warranty, based on inspection.

6. Return Process
1. Contact our support team at support email / phone number with order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you on pickup/return shipping.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
4. Once received and inspected, we will update you on the status of replacement/refund.
